Hitting the road

I will shortly be setting off on my first road trip to visit an innovation park, to interview the team on what they do and how, what makes them different, lessons learned and speak to some tenants so they can share their experience and work too.

The word innovation is bandied around so much. There seems to be lots of funding for innovation as well, touted as the saviour of UK PLC’s economic and efficiency drive.

I will be asking the question of what people think innovation means and what it is in action.

Aside from documenting the visit to these parks, hubs and clusters I will also be documenting the journey too from Bournemouth, in my new long range fast charging Hyundai Ioniq 5 electric car. I will share my reality of the UK charging infrastructure, its amenities, charging speeds and costs.
