Resilience Conference 2024

26 – 27 September 2024, London. We’re all Mission Partners in the resilience of our country. (This summary is more for those in my network that aren’t deep into the Defence and Intelligence space, so serves as my personal lightweight take on a recent event I went to. Andrew Roughan – CEO Plexal, orchestrating innovation outcomes

This was a slightly different interview in that I wasn’t interviewing one innovation centre, one manager of that place, I was speaking to Andrew Roughan, the CEO of Plexal. I had to do a top up charge on the […]

Andy Wilkins – Future of Health

My chat with Andy Wilkins was just as interesting after the interview as it was during. The details and warning about the healthcare system and our approach, shows how big a problem it is, and as always, it means there is an opportunity too. Systems innovation could help bring a change. Andy’s LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/in/andywilkins/ I saw a Patient Ecosystem Mapping brochure and when you opened it […]

Miranda Dixon – innovation project for resilient oxygen concentrators

Miranda Dixon, Collectives Leads from Brink, gave a presentation at the 2024 Systems Innovation Conference on an innovation project that delivered improved oxygen concentrators to low and middle income countries. https://www.unicef.org/innovation/resilient-oxygen-concentrators Over 700,000 children have died from their need for oxygen support. Countries that did have oxygen concentrators, devices that remove nitrogen from ambient air and feed out higher concentration levels of oxygen, would see […]
